To keep theatre at its very best we need to keep every area of Norwich Theatre working at its very best! 2021 – 22 is a year of recovery for Norwich Theatre and is an exciting time to join the team. From office staff to technical, from visitor services to creative engagement, we need your help to deliver magic and brilliant experiences for everyone.

If you think you have what it takes, come and join our welcoming and dedicated team. We offer full-time, part-time, casual paid posts and freelance opportunities across most departments. We also offer work experience and internships, as well as opportunities to volunteer regularly or on a project basis.
