Norwich Theatre Creatives Advisory Group

Norwich Theatre is committed to developing and sustaining a professionally informed strategy that incorporates artist led decision making. We are passionate about working with local creatives to ensure that we can provide relevant, engaging and diverse creative experiences for all.

In September 2021 we formed a new Advisory Group; since then these creatives from across Norfolk and Suffolk have supported the creation of our new strategy. Following the success of this approach, we are now recruiting additional creatives to continue to work closely with Norwich Theatre’s CEO and Creative Programmes Director for the forthcoming year.

Together we will work to ensure that the creative experiences we offer continue to broaden, becoming more inclusive and representative of the communities, artists and audiences we work with. We are excited to be co-creating our future together in this collaborative model of working.

We are currently recruiting an additional four to six dedicated creatives to work with us from July 2022 until the end of March 2023.

Commitment Required
There will be five sessions taking place every other month between July 2022 and March 2023. We appreciate that not all members will be able to attend all sessions. We do expect a minimum of six members at each session. Sessions will take place during a mixture of daytime and evenings, decided in collaboration with the group.
