Clowning with Sarah Johnson

Mon 9 Nov, 10am-11.15am

“Life is much too important a thing ever to talk seriously about it” Oscar Wilde

Supportive, friendly and fun, this session will be a chance to laugh together; a playful exploration of the absurd in our daily activities, within the frame of a screen.  No circus skills required, just a willingness to break some rules!

Vocal warm ups and breathing techniques with Joseph Ballard

Mon 16 Nov, 10am-11.15am

An introductory relaxed session, exploring the different breathing techniques and singing warm up exercises. What to do, why it is good for you and all the health benefits will be explained. You can carry on and try them all at your own pace going forwards. The session will also explore music and the different influence it has on us, whether temporary or long-term.

Garden in a Tea Cup with Kate Munro

Tue 24 Nov, 10am-11.15am

Join Kate Munro to make a garden grow in your tea cup, using everyday materials you can find around you. We will make a range of flowers, plants and birds from scrap paper, and make a beautiful display and reminder of summer for your table. There will be plenty of support, and no previous experience is necessary.

Time to Dance with Glass House Dance

Mon 30 Nov, 10am-11.15am

A fun dance workshop to get you moving and smiling. We will take inspiration from the silver screen and the magic of Hollywood musicals. This is a chance to revisit some of our favourite dance moments from classic movies to get us dancing and lift our spirits.  All activity will be chair based with options for standing where appropriate.
