Norwich Theatre is carrying out an important consultation with communities to inform its Creative Strategy.
We want to learn more about who our audiences, visitors and participants are, and who they could be. We want to connect with communities and find out what the barriers are to preventing people access creative experiences in our venues, and in turn, what are the opportunities which we can build upon. Through a series of conversations, creative activities, debates and workshops we will explore these relationships, listen to individual and groups’ stories and voices to help us better co-create a future built upon possibilities, inclusivity, partnerships and collaborations.
Throughout the Autumn we are inviting community groups and organisations to come into the theatre for a cuppa and a conversation. We want to find out from groups and individuals how people want to access activities or discover theatre for the very first time, what stories do communities want to tell and/or hear, what themes emerge in terms of relevance and meaning to people.
If you are part of a group that would like to come in for cuppa and a conversation with us, we would love to hear from you.
Please email email@example.com and someone will be in touch.
Drop in to Cafe Royal
If you want to find out more about our conversations and activities with communities and individuals that are taking place during the Autumn, why not drop in and speak to a member of Norwich Theatre staff. We will be in Cafe Royal for you to come and talk with us about this work.
You might work for an organisation that wants to connect with Norwich Theatre, a creative practitioner, a visitor to the theatre, or someone who has never been at all. Either way, we would be delighted to start a conversation with you.
