Creative Assistants work across our learning and participation programmes working with children and young people aged between 7-17. They work collaboratively with our Creative Practitioners and support them in the delivery of workshops and actively engage with our participants to inspire and encourage them to develop their individual strengths.
By taking part on the Creative Assistant programme, you will develop your facilitation skills, communication and team-work skills whilst working in a professional, creative and nurturing environment.
In addition to supporting our participants and Creative Practitioners, you will be encouraged to work together to co-create facilitator training sessions specifically tailored to meet the individual needs of the Creative Assistant team. These training sessions will be facilitated by our experienced theatre practitioners to develop your facilitation techniques and theatre and performance skills.
