Experience the passion of Rossini’s score with professional guidance, from vocal warm-ups to singing exercises complementing the new production of Cinderella.
In this hour-long session, participants will be introduced to ETO’s operatic approach, learning more about the company and the music of Cinderella. A chance to come together and experience Cinderella from the performer’s perspective.
By attending this session, you will be given a top-band ticket to Cinderella on 16 Oct at 7.30pm.
“On the surface a joyous retelling of the Cinderella story, complete with a murderously wicked stepfather and astonishingly virtuosic vocal parts for Cinderella and Ramiro (the Prince), the triumph of goodness and kindness in Rossini’s opera masks a more biting commentary on status and desire.
This new production is helmed by director and movement specialist Jenny Ogilvie and conductor Naomi Woo.”
