English Youth Ballet presents its electrifying Swan Lake. International principals dancers lead an impressive cast of selected young dancers.
Set in the Mariinsky Theatre when the ballet was popular with the Tsar and Russian nobility. A traditional production but with particular emphasis on the rivalry between the seductive Black Swan dancer – Odile and the vulnerable White Swan dancer – Odette, as they compete for the affections of the Prince.
