Family Story Makers is a weekly interactive session for children and their grownups dedicated to story time.

Explore the world of children’s books with us through a series of physical theatre, movement and non-verbal creative play exercises. Together, we will bring stories to life and create a magical shared experience between children and their grownups.

You’ll take home lots of ideas for keeping story time engaging, interactive and magical as your child moves into the early stages of their education.

This session will take place in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment.

Norwich Theatre wants to make sure that your visit goes as smoothly and happily as possible. We participate in the Family Arts Campaign offering family friendly performances and events throughout the year.

Baby changing facilities can be found on both floors of the building. We’re also a buggy-friendly venue: there is level access throughout the building with lifts to all floors and there is space to store your buggy.

We are breastfeeding friendly.

We expect young people to laugh, shout out, move around and cry sometimes. That is all ok. If you need to leave the session for a moment and then come back, that is ok too.
