This event is in the past
For an hour each Thursday, come and wind down from life’s daily stress with meditation, gentle dance movements and breathing techniques.
This nourishing and restorative practice will help connect the mind and body to improve your overall wellbeing, reduce stress and calm the mind.
Each week will have a slightly different focus and will support you to connect with your body, express yourself and find your groove.
These sessions are for you to relax, and no experience is necessary.

Running time: 6pm - 7pm
Age recommendation: 18+
Ticket Prices: £35 for 5 weeks
Thursdays 8 Sep – 6 Oct (5 weeks)
Bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes
