Norwich Theatre is delighted to announce a brand-new ice cream partnership with local ice cream maker Dann’s Farm. Bringing local flavour to its audience.
Based in North Tuddenham, Dann’s Farm is a family-run business that has been crafting high-quality, luxury ice cream since 2007. Operating over 600 acres, the farm’s 400 cows provide all the milk, which is churned into a fresh, frozen treat within just an hour. All other ingredients are sourced from local Norfolk farms and providers, where possible, ensuring a truly authentic regional product. Sustainability is also at the heart of Dann’s, as they power their farm using solar and wind energy.
A spokesperson from Dann’s Farm said: “We are delighted to be supplying Norwich Theatre Royal with our locally made ice cream. At the heart of Dann’s, based just outside Norwich in North Tuddenham, is our dairy farm, where our herd of 400 Holstein cows provides all the milk we use. We always source local ingredients wherever possible and are committed to sustainability, using solar and wind power on the farm.”

The new ice creams will be available starting today, to coincide with the opening of The National Theatre production of War Horse.
The menu includes classics like Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry, alongside exciting options such as Coffee, Ginger, Salted Caramel, Mint Choc-Chip, and Mango Sorbet. Two dairy-free options, Squished Chocolate and Squished Vanilla, are also available. Don’t miss the Banoffee flavour, which is exclusive to the Norwich Theatre Playhouse.
Audience members are encouraged to pre-order their interval ice cream at the bar for a quick and tasty treat.
