Protect your tickets
When booking your tickets you will be offered the chance to buy ticket protection, for just £2 per ticket. Provided by Secure My Booking, it allows you to recoup 100% of the paid ticket price, including service and admin fees, if you are unable to make it to your event for a number of reasons, such as illness, travel delay, adverse weather conditions and more. If a show is cancelled, you will receive a refund for the value of your tickets not the insurance.
If you’re unable to attend a performance that continues to go ahead, apply for a refund here
