Head of Sales and Marketing
Main Purpose of the Role
This key senior management role works strategically to develop and articulate Norwich Theatre’s brand, vision and strategic priorities to enhance brand profile, drive audience engagement, and drive acquisition and revenue growth.
This role leads the marketing, communications, sales and box office teams in the development and delivery of multi-platform, content-rich campaigns with a focus on ticket sales, acquisition, retention and development of audiences, participants and visitors across Norwich Theatre’s whole offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with organisational, enhancing brand visibility and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Work closely with the Insight and Impact Manager, Box Office Manager and AD Brand and Revenue Growth to use data to maximise growth and profit opportunities, across the organisation.
- Lead branding efforts to enhance the theatre’s reputation locally and nationally.

Box Office Assistant (Part-time)
Earnings: £11853.68 to £11853.68
Main Purpose of the Role
Our Box Office Assistants are responsible for generating income through ticket sales and for positively promoting Norwich Theatre’s vision, mission and values to the public. Acting as the first point of contact delivering a friendly and helpful welcome on behalf of the organisation.
Hours: Must be flexible to work variable shifts including evenings, weekend and bank holidays.
This role is advertised at 17.5 hrs per week. Staff may be offered more hours should they become available.
