Head of Sales and Marketing
Main Purpose of the Role
This key senior management role works strategically to develop and articulate Norwich Theatre’s brand, vision and strategic priorities to enhance brand profile, drive audience engagement, and drive acquisition and revenue growth. This role leads the marketing, communications, sales and box office teams in
the development and delivery of multi-platform, content-rich campaigns with a focus on ticket sales, acquisition, retention and development of audiences, participants and visitors across Norwich Theatre’s whole offer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies that align with organisational, enhancing brand visibility and ensuring
consistent messaging across all channels. - Work closely with the Insight and Impact Manager, Box Office Manager and AD Brand and Revenue Growth to use data to maximise growth
and profit opportunities, across the organisation - Lead branding efforts to enhance the theatre’s reputation locally and nationally.
- Forge strategic partnerships with local organisations, partners and stakeholders to grow, develop and diversify Norwich Theatre
