Across all three of our venues, we have set up little touches to make your visit as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Baby Changing Facilities
You will find clean, bright baby-changing facilities at all three of our venues, complete with accessible toilets that give you plenty of room to wheel a pram right inside.
Buggy Park
While buggies cannot go into the main auditorium, we have designated buggy parking spots at each venue where you can leave your pram during the show (just keep in mind items are left at your own risk).
Step-Free Access
All three of our venues offer step-free access to make navigating with buggies, prams, or mobility aids as effortless as possible. Lift access is available to upper levels, and our team is always on hand if you need assistance finding the smoothest route to your seats.
Breastfeeding
Our venues are breastfeeding-friendly, and you are welcome to feed in all public areas. If you would prefer some privacy, please speak to a member of staff who will be able to help.
Food
You can pick up drinks and treats from our theatre bars, or pop into Café Royal between 9am and 3pm for a fresh coffee, cold drinks, and delicious pastries.
If you are staying for a proper meal, our Prelude restaurant offers a tasty children’s menu with kid-approved options.
Prefer to pack your own? That is totally fine too; you are always welcome to bring your own packed lunch, snacks, and drinks.
Free Wi-Fi
We have fast, free Wi-Fi with no passwords required—just connect and go! It is ideal whether you want to check social media over a hot coffee or set up a tablet to keep a toddler happy in the café.
Our Spaces
Whether you are here for a performance or just looking for a friendly place to pop in and take a breather, our doors are open. Please do not worry about keeping everyone quiet. We know children make noise, and that is completely fine by us!

Every show comes with clear age recommendations on our website to help you pick the perfect fit for your family.
Babes in Arms
We offer free Babes in Arms tickets for babies under 18 months on selected performances. Because some shows feature loud sound effects, sudden lighting changes, or stage setups that might be a bit sensory-overwhelming for tiny ears, we carefully select which productions are suitable.

Tickets & Seating
When booking, do check the specific event details to see if every member of your party needs a ticket (including under-threes). You can pick seats anywhere you like, though parents with younger kids often prefer to book near the aisle or exits for easy in and out if someone needs a quick breather.

Booster Seats
If your little ones need a bit of a lift to see over the seats in front, pop by the Box Office on your way in to grab a booster seat! They are free and given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
Relaxed Performances
If you prefer a completely pressure-free environment, look out for our Relaxed and Sensory Adapted Performances. These shows keep the lighting ambient, tone down loud noises, and run an open-door policy so your family can come and go whenever you need.
