Make memories this February half-term with Norwich Theatre! Whether your little ones are budding performers, creative crafters, or sensory explorers, we have a range of inclusive activities designed to spark the imagination. From puppet-making to creating a play in just one day, there is something for every family to enjoy together.

Come along to the free Crafty Café (17 Feb) at Café Royal. This is a crafty family drop-in inspired by The Great Big Bug Show (Stage Two. Bring the family to create some unique puppets, a fluttery butterfly or a dazzling dragonfly. This is a supported drop-in space, where you can take as long as you need to get creative and make something special together.

Play in a Day (19 Feb) is a fun, friendly exploration of theatre-making and is perfect to entertain your budding thespians. Participants will warm up with games and exercises before producing a short, original piece of theatre, which will be shared with their families. You do not need any previous drama experience to take part and enjoy- just your creativity and passion to perform! To ensure that everyone can enjoy the creative fun in the Play in Day workshops, this session is Pay What You Can, with a range of options to choose from, including joining in for free or making the suggested donation of £15.

For a creative session welcoming families with children who have special educational needs and disabilities come along to Sensory Stories for SEND (16 Feb). This session will be accessible for non-verbal children, guiding the group through a journey of imagination and play in a relaxed, supportive environment, using an array of sensory materials and props.
