This half term, don’t worry about what to do to keep your children occupied; we have lots of family entertainment and shows on offer to keep you and your youngsters amused!

We have some great activities for your little ones to get creative. Superhero Olympics: Little People’s Drama on 14 & 17 February is a playful adventure about teamwork. Choose a superpower to take part in the Superhero Olympics, but when we discover the medals are missing, we have to work together to get them back.

Family Movement & Dance on 14 February will get the whole family up, moving and having fun together. This activity is led by local dance artist Katy Dunne and will include playful movement games, expressive movement and creative tasks.

To inspire the inner artist Paper Adventures uses simple paper construction and collage techniques. We will create a landscape of wonder and imagination—this creative paper play workshop inspired by the artist, architect and environmentalist Hundertwasser.

Are you looking for a musical experience with a difference? Ever wonder how to beatbox? Well, you will be in a treat with Shlomo’s Beatbox Adventure at the Norwich Theatre Playhouse on 16 February. World record-breaking beatboxer SK Shlomo makes mad music with his mouth. Become one of this sonic superhero’s sidekicks in a world of funny sounds, brilliant noises and cool music.

Join Fireman Sam, Penny, Elvis, Station Officer Steele and Norman on 20 February at Norwich Theatre Royal, in an all-singing, dancing, action-packed show. You can become a fire-fighter cadet and then watch the magic of the circus.

Do you have a budding scientist in your midst? Then why not join the Ministry of Science’s super talented presenters on the 20 February as they dive deep into the world of science and look at how science has shaped the modern world we live in, with a few loud bangs and explosions along the way!
