This panto season, kids eat free in Norwich Theatre Royal’s in-house restaurant, prelude, making a family trip to see Cinderella (6 Dec – 4 Jan) even more magical.
The offer provides complimentary main courses and desserts for children under 12, valid when accompanied by an adult who purchases a two- or three-course meal from the festive menu.
Prelude’s children’s menu caters to every young guest’s taste, featuring firm favourites such as a classic roast turkey with potatoes and gravy, a cheeseburger with fries, or mushroom lasagne. Other options include chicken, fish, or veggie nuggets served with fries and peas. For dessert, little ones can choose from a chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream, or Prelude’s famous chocolate cookie.
Adults can indulge in a spectacular two-course menu for £27 or three courses for £31. The festive adult menu includes starters like roast celeriac and white bean soup or smoked haddock, and main course highlights such as the classic roast turkey, butternut squash wellington, or grilled bream. Dessert features traditional Christmas pudding, orange crème Catalana, and a cheese plate option.
Tables at Prelude are reserved for the entire evening, meaning guests can enjoy their starters and main courses before the performance of Cinderella and return during the interval to enjoy coffee, tea, or a delightful dessert while you chat about your favourite characters.
