It’s crunch time! You’ve done the shopping, but maybe one or two names are still lingering on your list. Fear not! You can skip the panic and give the unique, unforgettable gift of creativity by purchasing a place at one of our workshops.
Here are some of the ways your loved ones can get creative:
Dance Lab | 14 Jan – 11 Feb
Give the gift of movement! These sessions are perfect for reviving dance skills in an inclusive, accessible format. Dance Lab blends creativity with low-impact movement and improvisation, designed to enhance wellbeing. No previous experience is required.
Sing Dance Play | 16 Jan – 27 Mar
A wonderful gift for families! These sessions are a perfect opportunity for children and their grown-ups to have fun and move together. We use a range of musical instruments and multi-sensory props to enhance fine motor skills and spark joy in your little ones.
Ophelia’s Dress | 17, 21, 23 Jan
A perfect opportunity for anyone who loves to sew or wants to get back into it! Join Costume designer Amanda Harrold to create a personal interpretation of an inspired dress for the character Ophelia. The result will be exhibited at the Norwich Theatre from 10 – 14 Mar. So, grab your needles and vision boards, it’s time to make something magical!
Page to Stage | 22 Jan – 12 Mar
For the theatre enthusiast who wants to know how stories go from Page to Stage. This workshop takes a draft script and explores the transition from script to performance. Starting with scene work, to build tension and streamlining pacing to ensure the result captures the essence of the story being told. As part of our creative ageing program, this project offers a safe and engaging space to explore artistic journeys of growth, reinvention and wisdom.
