Thousands of people will be on their marks for Run Norwich, an award-winning 10k road race organised by Norwich City FC’s official charity partner, the Community Sports Foundation. The route takes you around the heart of Norwich’s beautiful and historic city centre but starts right here in front of Norwich Theatre Royal!
On the day, Sun 16 Jul, Norwich Theatre Royal will be open from 8am to 1pm. Our balconies provide the perfect viewing platform to wave and cheer on the runners! All the balconies will be available with accessible viewing closest to the starting line via our Octagon Lounge.
The Café Royal will be open throughout the day for racegoers and supporters. The café will offer a selection of hot and cold drinks and light bites for racegoers and supporters. Runners will receive a 10% discount at the Café when they present their medal after the race.
Don’t miss out on the café’s summer iced drinks or our new salad specials, including chicken Caesar, pesto pasta, roasted squash, and chickpea salad, perfect for a light bite. All drinks can be taken away so you can head straight to one of the cheer zones to show your friends and family support! Remember to get your loyalty card stamped and receive your tenth drink free.
