Kick off your Norwich Pride (26 Jul) celebrations in the most fabulous way possible with Norwich Theatre’s musical-themed Drag Brunch. From 10am, Norwich Theatre’s in-house restaurant, Prelude, will be transformed into a dazzling display of drag artistry, all set to the soundtrack of your favourite musical smash hits.
Get ready to be entertained by your hosts, the utterly showstopping queens Zoe Promiscuous and Stealia Jobs. These two will be sashaying, lip-syncing, and serving looks while you kick off one of the brightest days in the calendar. With these two, you better prepare to belt out the high notes from Defying Gravity, shout Fame at the top of your lungs, and dance your heart out to Grease Lightnin!
You’ll need your energy for all that cheering, and Prelude has you covered. Indulge in a brunch fit for a Queen (or King) and feast on delicious dishes, including coconut & spiced pineapple french toast, huevos rancheros, a full English or cherry berry pancakes and amaretto yoghurt.
Speaking about the events, Zoe Promiscuous said: “Hosting Pride events at the gorgeous Norwich Theatre is the cherry on top of my Pride weekend, and I’m very blessed to be doing my third year of queer celebrations this year! The brunch is the perfect start to a beautiful day and really sets the day up to be the happiest day of my year!”

Stealia Jobs added: “Last year’s Musical Theatre Brunch was a dazzling highlight of the weekend. With powerhouse performances, laughs, and bottomless charisma, it proved that brunch really is better with a bit of Broadway and a whole lot of drag.”
Tables for the Drag Brunch must be booked in advance. Your ticket for the morning is £25, and this includes an arrival cocktail, your main brunch selection and all of the fabulous entertainment on offer. Extra drinks and cocktails can be bought throughout the day. Plus if you’re a corporate partner or friend you’ll save 10% on your ticket price.
This is an event you won’t want to miss, so gather your friends, put on your most fabulous outfit, and get ready for a musical extravaganza.
