School Partnerships
We offer a range of annual partnership opportunities for those who want to develop and embed creative work with their students. They include a range of benefits and are suitable for both primary and secondary educational establishments.
We want to work with local schools to
- Inject arts and cultural activities into the classroom to enrich students’ learning and attainment
- Empower teachers through bespoke CPD sessions and opportunities to make meaningful connections with other schools and industry professionals
- Provide life changing opportunities for students to see professional theatre, take part in workshops and perform on stage in Norwich Theatre’s buildings
Bronze – £1200 + VAT
- £300 theatre ticket allocation
- X1 Teacher Network annual membership including
– X6 half termly networking opportunities
– X6 half termly CPD sessions
- Secondary only – X1 week work experience placement for 1 year 10 student in the summer term (specific week to be arranged with the school) – we encourage applications from students eligible for pupil premium or free school meals
- Primary only – X1 career talk delivered by Norwich Theatre staff
- X2 days of arts & culture engagement – this could include
– Targeted workshops around a chosen theme or focused on a theatrical style
– Support with sharing’s/performances
– Workshops/CPD sessions as part of programmes with other Norwich Theatre Partners, including the Royal Shakespeare Company
- Play in a Day at Stage 2 for a class of up to 30 students including
– Education pack (including classroom activity ideas to prepare for their visit)
– A day working with our highly skilled theatre practitioners and technical team, putting together a performance to be shared with student’s families and friends at Stage Two in the afternoon
- Ad hoc offers and events exclusive to school partners – this could include invitations to open rehearsals, discounts, workshops and other exclusive events
Silver – £1,950 + VAT
- £400 of theatre tickets
