Join our Norfolk & Norwich cluster and transform how your students experience Shakespeare and live theatre.
As part of the Royal Shakespeare Company’s national Associate Schools Programme, Norwich Theatre and The Wensum Trust offer:
For Teachers:
- CPD sessions at Norwich Theatre led by RSC practitioners to explore rehearsal room techniques to bring Shakespeare’s texts alive in your English and Drama classrooms
For Students:
- Performance opportunities at our annual playmaking festival
- The chance to become Shakespeare Ambassadors in their schools
Our cluster is a supportive community of 8 schools at different stages of engagement with the programme. Open to Primary, Secondary and SEND schools.
The programme runs on a 2-year cycle, restarting in the 26/27 academic year.
