Soak up the summer atmosphere and dive into a world of incredible entertainment at Norwich Theatre. From epic love stories and legendary musicals to captivating dance and side-splitting comedy, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, so what are you going to book?

Experience Miss Saigon’s (12 – 23 May 26) epic love story set against the Vietnam War at Norwich Theatre Royal. In the last days of the Vietnam War, 17-year-old Kim is forced to work in a Saigon bar run by a notorious character known as The Engineer.  There, she meets and falls in love with an American GI named Chris, but they are torn apart by the fall of Saigon. For three years, Kim goes on an epic journey of survival to find her way back to Chris, who has no idea he’s fathered a son. The soaring score features original hit songs, including The Heat is On in Saigon, The Movie in My Mind, The American Dream ‘and Last Night of the World. 

My, my, how can you resist the call of the Greek Island and MAMMA MIA! (30 Jun – 11 Jul 26) at Norwich Theatre Royal. A tale of love, friendship and identity is irresistibly told through the timeless hits of ABBA. Sophie’s quest to discover the father she’s never known brings her mother face to face with three men from her distant romantic past on the eve of a wedding they’ll never forget! You will have the time of your life at the world’s sunniest and most exhilarating smash-hit musical. 

Whip out those crowns because royalty is coming with the smash hit musical SIX (3 – 7 Mar 26). From Tudor Queens to Pop Princesses, the six wives of Henry VIII take to the mic to tell their tales, remixing five hundred years of historical heartbreak into an 80-minute celebration of 21st-century girl power. These Queens may have green sleeves but their lipstick is rebellious red. 

Matthew Bourne’s production of The Red Shoes, based on the timeless fairytale and Academy Award-winning movie, leaps onto the Norwich Theatre Royal stage between 7 11 Apr. It is a powerful tale of obsession, possession and one girl’s dream to be the greatest dancer in the world. Victoria Page lives to dance but her ambitions become a fierce struggle between the two men who inspire her passion. 

At Norwich Theatre Playhouse you can expect Norfolk’s biggest poetry night TOAST Poetry (5 Oct 25), a celebration of music’s most iconic and enduring movements Blur vs. Oasis with The Britpop Hour with Marc Burrows (15 Apr 26), actors Colin Baker (Doctor Who, The Brothers) and Terry Molloy (The Archers, Doctor Who) star as Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson in Sherlock Holmes & The Sign Of Four (17 Apr 26) and a Little Monster is leaping from page to stage in There’s a Monster in Your Show (1 – 2 May 26) 

This month Norwich Theatre it is comedians galore with Al Murray (9 Jun 26), Michelle De Swarte (25 Sep 25), James Acaster (13 Oct 25) and (6 Nov 25), Janine Harouni (22 Jan 26). Also, comedian Rhys James (24 Sep 25) is has written a book and is going on tour. 

At Stage Two, get gripped by some dark comic stories in Stories from an Invisible Town (4 Oct 25), go on a witchy adventure in Edy Hurst’s Wonderfull Discoverie of Witches in the Countie of Himself (18 Oct 25), laugh along with Phil Nichol (24 Jan 26) who is trying their best, or come along to Baggage (14 Mar 26) where tap, contemporary dance, and original live music combine to tell the story of the invisible burdens we carry.
