This Family Festival, join us and contribute to our unique art installation, symbolising the collective impact of kindness, either in person with our drop-in session or at home with this digital tutorial.
With our online step-by-step guide, local artist Chris Jackson will be your mentor, teaching you how to create your own piece of art for our kindness installation. He will walk you through two methods of making your own trinkets of kindness using materials readily available at home, including tin foil!
You will need:
Clay Trinkets
- Air dry clay
- Old cloth
- Wooden battens or two pencils
- Rolling device (eg. rolling pin, glass jar, old bottle)
- Blunt knife or chopping tool for clay
- Newspaper
- Paint and paintbrushes
