A fun and accessible introduction to a variety of dance styles and techniques.
Develop your movement technique, creativity and musicality with a range of dance styles in this fun, high-energy introductory level workshop inspired by moves from some amazing theatre shows! No dance experience is necessary to take part – just bring energy and a passion to learn new skills and a range of new techniques.
By the end of the session, you will have tried a variety of dance and movement techniques, as well as choreographed your own piece, putting your moves to music.
