The Shape of Business
12 Nov 08:30
The event will bring together business leaders and industry specialists to explore the evolving landscape of running a business, examining what it takes to succeed today and what the future may hold.
In the morning, the three panel discussions will be chaired by representatives from Norwich Theatre. We will announce the details of our panellists soon. The event will also provide the opportunity for guests to ask questions and delve further into these key topics.
The three panels are:
- Early Days & Growth Spurts – This panel will examine the business life cycle, from the challenges of a start-up to navigating growth, restructuring, and leadership changes in established companies.
- Making Work Work for Real Life – This discussion will explore how workplaces can best support the realities of modern life and the people within their organisations.
- Future Proofing for People & AI – Panellists will discuss succession planning, adopting artificial intelligence, and developing the skills needed for the next generation of leaders and workers.
Following the panels, all guests will have the opportunity to network and share what they learned during the day.
