Work Experience

Work Experience at Norwich Theatre

At Norwich Theatre, we believe every young person should have the opportunity to explore, learn and thrive in the world of theatre.

Our Work Experiences are designed to open our doors to young people across the region, particularly those who may not usually have access to creative industry opportunities.

We run two programmes a year, giving up to 25 young people aged 14-18yrs the chance to take part in a week-long, hands-on experience inside a working theatre.

This immersive experience offers young people a behind-the-scenes look at how the many departments work together to bring the fully rounded creative experience of our shows and programmes to our audiences.
