What happens if I mislay, or don’t receive, my tickets?

If you have mislaid your tickets, or they haven’t arrived, then please get in touch with our Box Office team on 01603 630000 who will issue duplicates for you to collect on the day of the performance, free of charge

Can I book an access space i.e. wheelchair online?

Wheelchair spaces can only be booked by calling us or coming in person to the box office at the theatre.

Should I buy a ticket through a 3rd party ticket agency? (such as See Tickets, Ticketmaster, Eventbrite or Stubhub)

We do not typically sell our tickets through 3rd party ticket agencies. Please note that purchasing tickets on these sites may incur extra charges and we do not take responsibility for tickets sold outside of our Box Office.

How do I decide where I should sit?

If you are unsure about where in the auditorium to book tickets for, you can call one of our friendly box office advisors on 01603 630 000, or visit them over the counter between 9.30am and 6pm Mon – Sat.

Alternatively you can use A View From My Seat – a website where other patrons have shared their experiences.

I’m bringing my child – do you have booster seats available?

At Norwich Theatre Royal we have a limited number of booster seats available from via the Welcome Point (open 2 hours prior to a performance). For children’s shows a dedicated distribution point will be setup with signs. We would recommend that you arrive early if your child requires one.

How long is the performance?

We don’t always have running times for the performance. Any running times we have will be published on our website and displayed around the building on our plasma screens as your arrive.
