Get ready for a morning of colour, creativity and courage! Norwich Theatre, in partnership with Bridge+, invites families to come together for a fun filled, free celebration, where trying something new is all part of the adventure.

Join us in the Norwich Theatre car park as it transforms into a lively hub of circus skills, music making, arts and crafts – all designed to spark imaginations and help everyone discover their brave side. Whether it’s spinning a plate, making some noise, or getting your hands messy with crafts, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, at their own pace.

What can you try?

10am & 1:15pm – Interactive theatre and surprise moments with Strange Fascination
11am – Have a go circus skills
12:15pm – Playful music making with our drumming circle
All day – Drop in creative crafts

Everything takes place inside a big, welcoming marquee, keeping activities together in one bright, accessible space (with a bit of shade too). At the centre, guided workshops invite families to dive right in, while relaxed drop in activities around the edges make it easy to watch, join, and build confidence as you go.

Strange Fascination Theatre – Wonderdays
We’re thrilled to host Strange Fascination Theatre with Wonderdays – a whimsical Wonderland inspired show packed with puppetry, handmade costumes and plenty of interactive fun. Keep your eyes open as characters pop up between performances to say hello and spread a little magic.

Everyone is Welcome
This joyful event is part of Norwich Theatre’s Theatre of Sanctuary programme, celebrating kindness, courage and the many cultures that make our city special.

Creative Fun for All Families
As part of our Creative Families programme, the day offers high quality creative experiences that are FREE, helping families enjoy the arts together at a time when that matters more than ever.
