We know that when organisations work together, it’s good for artists. That’s why developing partnerships with other theatres, networks and consortiums – from the national to the local – is at the heart of our approach to artist development.

We understand the role that we can play in strengthening our local, regional and national arts ecology. We value expertise and recognise it in others. We are humble enough to admit that sometimes it’s best to help amplify great work already being done, rather than going alone. By working in partnership with others, our values are nourished and our vision is expanded.
