Start your day with coffee and a treat
Up bright and early, ready for the fun? Café Royal is your first stop. We open at 8.30am with hot drinks and delicious, pride-inspired treats. Grab something to go and secure your spot at the main stage in Chapelfield Gardens or find a perfect viewing point along the march route.
A dazzling Pride brunch
If you’re one of the lucky ones with a ticket to Norwich Theatre’s Musical Drag Brunch, get ready for a treat. Sashay your way to Prelude, Norwich Theatre’s restaurant, for 10.00am. With Zoe Promiscuous and Stealia Jobs hosting, you know this will be a showstopper. (Mine’s a mimosa if you are asking!)
Did some say cocktails?
And speaking of drinks, we’ve got something special for you. Throughout Pride, you can grab two delicious cocktails for just £10 in the bars at Norwich Theatre Royal. Perfect for getting into the festive spirit.
Watch the March
The Norwich Pride March sets off from City Hall at 1.00pm, and the Norwich Theatre Royal balconies offer an unbeatable view! The Octagon Lounge balcony (just above the Box Office) is reserved for wheelchair users as an accessible viewing platform. Our friendly Visitor Services team will be on hand throughout the day to assist you if needed.

The Norwich Theatre party continues at the Playhouse with a fantastic DJ. And seriously, who can resist the call of a beer garden? Not us!
Wrap up the day with a show
Don’t miss the fierce and tragi-gorgeous comedy musical How to Win Against History. This show tells the fascinating story of Henry Cyril Paget, who truly burned brightly and famously cross-dressed until his early passing at 29. With a metric tonne of sparkle – it’s simply too good to miss!
