Grab your glass slippers because next year’s Norwich Theatre pantomime will be Cinderella! Opening at Norwich Theatre Royal on Sat 6 Dec 25 and running until Sun 4 Jan 26.
You will have a ball with this magical tale of love and hope. Cinderella dreams of life outside of the confines of her home, where she cleans, cooks and looks after her stepmother and stepsisters.
Like every good friend, her bestie Buttons keeps her spirits up as she finds out that her sisters are invited to the prince’s ball, but poor Cinders isn’t. Will Cinderella ever meet Prince Charming? Will her fairy Godmother make her dreams come true? Will there be some baddies to boo and hiss at? Of course! It’s panto.

Tickets are selling fast, but there is still a chance to see this year’s pantomime Aladdin (7 Dec 24 – 5 Jan 25). Follow Aladdin in this Genie-us Norfolk pantomime adventure as he battles evil to save his true love. Cheer and boo along this Christmas delight for the whole family. Expect colourful costumes, singing, dancing and more glitter than you could shake a magic carpet at.
Aladdin offers a range of accessible performances, including audio description, BSL interpretation, captioning, and relaxed performance.
During panto season, kids eat free at Norwich Theatre’s restaurant Prelude. Any child under the age of 12 will receive a child’s main course and dessert free when accompanied by an adult purchasing a two or three-course meal.
