Norwich Theatre is on the lookout for the young stars to join the Junior Cast of its 2026 pantomime, The All New Adventures of Peter Pan, which will fly into Norwich Theatre Royal on 5 Dec 26, running through the festive period until 3 Jan 27. Norwich Theatre is inviting young people aged 9 – 12 (on 16 Nov 26)* to take their first step on the journey to Neverland through a series of free, high-energy workshops inspired by the show.

The Journey to Neverland: Junior Cast Workshops will be led by experienced industry professionals. Each session explores scenes, movement, and choreography in a supportive, engaging environment. Selected participants will be invited to attend additional recall workshops later in the summer, culminating in final auditions for the Junior Cast to play The Lost Children.

Wendy Ellis, Norwich Theatre Creative Programs & Audiences Director and lead producer of the pantomime, said: “These workshops are designed to break down the barriers of traditional auditions, making the journey to the stage as inclusive and supportive as possible, whilst having a blast. Whether you’ve been to stage school or only ever sang in the shower, we want to see you all!”

Starting on 26 May and running until 24 Jul, up to 300 young people will take part, with around 120 invited to recall workshops in August. Final auditions in September will determine the 24 performers cast in the production.

Workshops are open to all abilities, whether experienced or completely new to performing.

Buckle up and get ready to laugh until your cheeks hurt. Join Peter and friends as they take on the dastardly Captain Hook in an epic adventure full of magic, mayhem, and mischief. With spectacular dancing, show-stopping musical numbers and more audience participation than you can shake a hook at, this is the Christmas treat that has something for everyone — kids, grown-ups, and the grown-ups who act like kids!

So gather your crew, and join us for the all-new, laugh-out-loud, high-flying Norwich Theatre pantomime adventure!
