Why We Are Measuring Our Progress?
Although the reporting is a legal requirement, for us, it is also a valuable tool. We believe that data-driven insights are essential for growth. By conducting this report for the first time, we have established a baseline that allows us to:
- Identify where we are succeeding in supporting gender diversity.
- Pinpoint areas where we can improve.
- Ensure our internal policies, from recruitment to promotion, remain fair and unbiased.
