With the new season of Strictly Come Dancing starting this weekend, we are excited to welcome many of the dancers that have foxtrotted, waltzed and salsaed in the show over the years, from professional dancers to celebrity guest stars.

Seann Walsh

ART | Norwich Theatre Royal | 12 – 14 Sep

Seann Walsh jived his way into the limelight during series 16 of Strictly. He made an infamous departure during Halloween week, following his performance of ‘I Put a Spell on You’. See him make his debut role in the comedy drama, ART. Described as a ‘phenomenon’ in The Times, the show is a razor-sharp exploration of art, love and friendship.

Craig Revel Horwood and Nina Wadia

NOW! That’s What I Call a Musical | Norwich Theatre Royal | 1 – 5 Oct 24

There are two Strictly stars involved in this brand-new ‘80s musical comedy! The show has been directed and choreographed by the longest serving Strictly judge, Craig Revel Horwood. Series 19 participant Nina Wadia will also take a leading role in this fun-filled musical. With this combination of talent, the show will certainly be fab-u-lous, darling!

Joanne Clifton

Hairspray | Norwich Theatre Royal | 10 – 15 Feb 25

Joanne Clifton, one of Strictly’s most loveable professional dancers, will be starring as Velma von Tussle in the feel-good classic, Hairspray. She has featured in both Strictly Come Dancing, and It Takes Two, then went on to win the 2015 Christmas Special with McFly’s Harry Judd. We look forward to seeing her twist her way back onto the Norwich Theatre Royal stage with this swinging sixties musical.

Johannes Radebe

Kinky Boots | Norwich Theatre Royal | 4 – 8 Mar 25

Professional dancer and choreographer Johannes Radebe will be starring as Lola in West End sensation Kinky Boots. Johannes has featured on Strictly Come Dancing since series 16, following two seasons on Strictly Come Dancing South Africa. Be sure to check out his signature moves in this joy-filled show!

Chris McCausland

We are excited that Chris takes to the Strictly stage in the upcoming series, starting this weekend. Swapping out his stand-up setlist for sambas and salsas, he hopes to claim the Glitterball trophy! He is also making history by being the first blind person to participate in the show.

Nikita Kuzmin

Dancer and choreographer Nikita Kuzmin had his debut in series 19 as one of the professional dancers. Most recently, he finished in second place with West End star, Layton Williams. Nikita will be bringing his own moves to Norwich in his first ever solo tour, Midnight Dancer.

 Aled Jones

Having captivated the world with his angelic voice, Aled Jones also captured the nation with his feature on series two of Strictly Come Dancing. Having made it through to the semi-final, he then went on to report for It Takes Two.
