African Choir of Norfolk
This event is in the past
This Autumn, as The African Choir of Norfolk marks four years since it was established as a festival Signature Project, we will be celebrating with more new songs with stories of Africa in the beautiful theatrical setting of Norwich Playhouse.
Let your imagination be transported to Africa with songs by the fire, near a river or under the African skies and be immersed in music and words of joy, sorrow, hope and resilience as we take you on a journey of everyday life in Africa.
We are very excited to welcome special guest Obase Aboli from Cameroon to the concert. “It has been a joyous three years as Artistic Director of The African Choir of Norfolk and I am so excited to be shaping up new songs for our gala this year. Its going to be another wonderful sharing of our African heritage with you all.” ANNA MUDEKA
This gloriously uplifting Festival Signature Project always sells out, so be sure to book early.
