What is it?
Dance Lab is part of our Creative Ageing programme for people who are looking to gain new dance and movement skills in a supportive, accessible format.
What will I get from taking part?
Build strength and mobility whilst developing your technique, creativity and musicality at an appropriate pace and level. Sessions are designed to enhance wellbeing through an exploration of improvisation, physical exercises and choreographic skills. You’ll take away new skills and ideas for developing your own dance practise.
Who will be leading the project?
Sessions will be led by highly experienced dance practitioner Rosa Kentwood.
Do I need any particular skills or experience to take part?
No previous dance experience is required.

Activities are dependent on minimum numbers participating, in the event that we need to cancel due to low participant numbers, a full refund will be given. We are unable to offer refunds in other circumstances.
