Glorious Forms Returns to Stage Two
Following last year’s sell-out performance at Stage Two, Glorious Forms returns with a joyful evening of original dance created by Norwich companies — followed by an optional audience workshop open to all.
Inclusive community dance companies Dance Moves You and In Cahoots invite you to join them for a sharing of their latest work, celebrating dancing bodies in all their glorious forms.
After the performance, stay for tea and cake, and take part in an informal workshop if you wish. No previous dance experience is needed. The workshop offers an insight into how the companies create their work, a chance to learn some choreography, and an opportunity to experience the joy of moving together.
Dance Moves You is an inclusive company for adult independent movers with learning disabilities. Their work reflects the lives, interests and individuality of the dancers themselves.
In Cahoots celebrates the creative possibilities that emerge when dancers with and without disabilities perform together.
Glorious Forms is a project that aspires to recognise, platform and increase access to inclusive dance in Norwich and Norfolk. It is supported through a partnership with Norwich Theatre and funded by Arts Council England
