In Our Shoes is a 2 hour movement workshop based on The Red Shoes, delving into the story of dance, music and passion. For participants aged 50+, who may or may not have ever experienced dance before, as well as reconnecting with participants that engaged in New Adventures’ Swan Lake Take Flight activity.

About the session

New Adventures Regional Dance Ambassador and Dance Artists will deliver this session with games, group warmups, learning repertoire and creative tasks. We invite participants to go on a journey of discovery through The Red Shoes. The activities focus on how connecting, creating, and moving together can improve wellbeing.

Activities are dependent on minimum numbers participating, in the event that we need to cancel due to low participant numbers, a full refund will be given. We are unable to offer refunds in other circumstances.
