Join us for this uplifting and entertaining story of reggae music’s evolution through the decades, starting when the Windrush generation arrived from Jamaica with their stories, history and music.
Narrated and written by comedian and actor, John Simmit, and featuring ska, rock steady, calypso, gospel, lovers rock, dancehall and Reggae played live by the JA Reggae Band. Get ready to enjoy the music of Desmond Dekker, Jimmy Cliff, Bob Marley, Millie Small and many more.
