Join the SAD BOOK creative team and invited guests for two accompanying workshops that help us explore further how creativity and movement can offer unique pathways into the challenging subject matter of loss.
Each workshop can be taken separately or register for both to learn more about the empowering relationship between text and movement.
Creative Writing Workshop
Loss is a universal part of the human condition. It can make us wiser, and sometimes it can overwhelm us. Creative writing is known to help people to find ways to move forward, to put those feelings in perspective, and to be more comfortable in our own skin. Our experienced group facilitator from the Healing Expressive and Recovery Arts Project will lead a writing workshop to help us find the words.
No previous experience is needed – this workshop is for everyone.

Activities are dependent on minimum numbers participating, in the event that we need to cancel due to low participant numbers, a full refund will be given. We are unable to offer refunds in other circumstances.
