Taster Session
Come along to our free taster session on Tuesday 21 May.
The full five week block from 4 Jun to 2 Jul can be booked here.

What is it?
Singing through Parenthood is a new creative community for parents and pre-school children, providing space to connect with your little one and fellow parents through music.

Each session is complimented by Norwich Theatre’s Sensory Story-time set up- a tangle of soft, sensory sculptures and storybooks to delight and intrigue your little ones.

What will I get from taking part?
Beyond the joy of raising your voice to toe-tapping tunes, research reveals the powerful mental health benefits of singing in a group. Singing reduces stress for both you and your child, boosts your mood, and gets you back in tune with yourself.

Singing with your child is a powerful tool for their development, from language skills to bonding. Your voice is your child’s favourite sound, so whether you’re a seasoned soprano or secret shower singer, these sessions will empower you to find harmony in your life.

Who is leading the project?
Singing through Parenthood is led by singer, community music specialist and mum, Haley Glennie-Smith

I have additional needs. What support is available?
