In August 2025, Tatty posted a video of her 73 year old mum digging a trench on social media. 29 million views later and DIY Liz is a viral sensation. This year Tatty turns the same age as ‘Trench Lady’ was when she had her. In her new stand-up comedy show, Tatty reviews her mum’s life choice and contrasts it against her own to try and answer the age old question: am I becoming my mother?

Tatty’s previous show Fugue was named as one of Time Out’s 10 Best Comedy Shows at the Edinburgh Fringe, and went on to sell out multiple tours across the UK and Europe.

She also has a hugely successful Substack ”Tatty en Terrasse” and her first non fiction book will be released in 2027.
