Select a performance
A five-hour interactive workshop, using the Theatre of Self-Expression, to explore the theme of modern fatherhood, focussing on participants and their experience of becoming and being fathers. The workshop offers participants the opportunity for self-reflection and exploration by using drama techniques to investigate the complex topic of modern fatherhood. The target group is fathers of any age and background who want to explore their own story.
This workshop is open to anyone who is over the age of 18 and identifies as a father. The day will be led by ManAlive Theatre.
Man Alive: theatre about men’s issues. Man Alive stage plays that highlight the challenges men face; and they run theatre-based workshops for men to explore issues that affect them. They are inclusive of all sexualities, and work towards greater gender equality. For more information find them on Facebook and Instagram by searching Man Alive Theatre or call Andy on 077 170 55543.
Creative Matters: The Shape of Family
This year, Norwich Theatre is exploring The Shape of Family. Not the neatly packaged idea of family, but the messier, more complex, often-contradictory reality of what it means to be connected to others. Through performances, talks, exhibitions, and workshops, we’re inviting you to look at the ways family is changing, and the ways it’s stayed the same.
