Zines: Love, Art, Obsession
02 Apr 18:30
Inspired by Matthew Bourne’s captivating production of The Red Shoes, have a go at creating an original zine. This is a gentle, creative space open to everyone, you don’t need to be an artist or a writer- take some time to create and reflect on themes of love, ambition, and identity.
About the session
In this relaxed session, you will be invited to take inspiration from Bernard Herrmann’s score, show posters, librettos and a range of materials to make your own zine. Grab a drink from the Playhouse Bar, and spend some time being creative. This workshop will be led by Nat Rutherford, whose MA in curation focused on the history and relevance on zines in modern day.
