Karl Minns Looks Back at 2025…With She Go and Friends | 2 Jan -3 Jan
Twenty-twenty-five. The plus points: it was exactly 365 days long. Can’t fault it there. Other than that? Rubbish. So, if you’re sat on your sofa bloated with Quality Street and cheese, join Karl Minns (The Nimmo Twins) and everyone’s favourite single-mum in pink, She Go, as they sift through the news of the last year to find something, anything, to smile about.

Why we recommend: Because nobody skewers Norfolk life quite like Karl Minns. It’s the ultimate detox, cathartic, local, and laugh-out-loud funny.

Phil Nichol: Trying My Best | 24 Jan
Phil has been getting better at comedy since March 1987. One of these days, he may just get it right. Until then, Phil just keeps trying. This is a tour of Phil, trying his best.

Why we recommend: This is a high-octane reminder that even if life is a bit of a mess, you might as well have a riotous time living it.

Joz Norris: You Wait. Time Passes | 31 Jan
After a multi-award-nominated, 5-star sellout smash at the Edinburgh Fringe, Joz Norris has finally completed his life’s work. He’s ready to unveil it to the world in all its glory for the first time—no matter the consequences. But what exactly is it, and what has it cost him?

Why we recommend: A raw and real recognition of Joz’s reality that perfectly balances comedy with critical reflection.

We’re Not Getting A Dog (A Show Mostly Not About Dogs) | 1 Feb
A story about passive-aggressive letter writing, early morning jet washing, and making a house a home. It’s about those who live metres from us, but who we barely know at all. This 72-minute show is read from a little black book by a scruffy, bearded man who does not own a pressure washer.

Why we recommend: This show is a perfect blend of finding one’s place and a position of honesty, and really, who doesn’t love dogs?

Cerys Bradley: Queer Tales for Autistic Folk | 13 Feb
Join Cerys Bradley for a wonderful, expansive, and interactive choose-your-own-storytelling comedy show.

Why we recommend: You aren’t just an audience member; you’re the co-author of the story.

The Zoo that Comes to You | 15 Feb
Follow two wildlife enthusiasts and their cheeky puppet friends as they leave their sanctuary behind to bring the zoo to you! Meet an Orangutan, Blue Iguana, and Green Sea Turtle while discovering the challenges these animals face in a rapidly changing world.

Why we recommend: This epic show inspires audiences of all ages through the brilliance of nature and shows how small actions make a big difference.

Groove Baby: Groove on the Moon | 16 Feb
Prepare to blast off on a cosmic adventure! Join three intrepid astronauts on a mission to find Neil Armstrong’s first lunar footprint, meeting aliens and solving challenges along the way with a mix of live music and interactive theatre.

Why we recommend: With mesmerising animation and live jazz, this is the perfect mission for budding astronauts and their grown-ups alike.

The Great Big Bug Show | 17 Feb
Which beetle has a blaster on its bottom? Which minibeast is the size of a full stop? Join poet Simon Mole and musician Gecko for a family show full of poems, raps, and songs all about your favourite bugs (and some you haven’t heard of yet!).

Why we recommend: A delightful and insightful invitation to explore the secret world beneath our feet and protect the smaller creatures of our world.

Biomimicry: How Nature Inspires Engineering | 21 Feb
Discover how biology and engineering combine in this interactive family show! Get up close with snakes, lizards, and tarantulas to learn how they inspire cutting-edge technology—from gecko-inspired tape to snake venom in medication.

Why we recommend: Take part in experiments to uncover how nature helps scientists solve today’s biggest challenges.

Brilliant Biomimicry Workshop | 21 Feb
Building on the themes of the earlier show, this intimate, hands-on workshop takes a deeper dive into how nature inspires material design and new technology. Meet even more incredible animals and take on engineering challenges.

Why we recommend: An opportunity to get truly hands-on with incredible animals while tackling fun experiments and challenges.

Melanie Bracewell – A Little Treat | 1 Mar
Bad day? Time for a little treat. Good day? That deserves a little treat. One of New Zealand’s most popular comics unpacks the last decade of her life as she rapidly approaches the end of her twenties.

Why we recommend: Melanie is bringing Southern Hemisphere hilarity to Norwich, and we know she will start March with a bang!

Jenny Foulds: Life Learnings of a Nonsensical Human | 07 Mar
An ode to the joy of friendship, queerness, and raving. These stories are for the old ravers, the fun-makers, and anyone who has ever had a best friend. It is a love letter to the people we meet and the sticky floors we have danced on for years.

Why we recommend: This show takes a heartfelt look at life—from growing up in the 90s to navigating grief and finding pockets of joy again.

Baggage | 14 Mar
We all have it, the invisible burdens we carry that are often too personal to share. This duet, combining tap, contemporary dance, and live music, delves into the emotional journey of carrying these unseen weights.

Why we recommend: We’ve all got baggage, and it’s time to admit it! This movement piece explores heartaches and hard times through the beauty of dance.

Alison Spittle | 15 Mar
Following an award-winning sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe, Alison Spittle is touring her finest show to date. A man told Alison to sit down, and now she’s doing a whole stand-up show about it.

Why we recommend: Alison has received multiple comedy awards and is sure to make you laugh “big” with her show about making yourself smaller.

Lovett | 21 Mar
Newly widowed Mrs Lovett needs to find a way to survive. This origin story, set before her infamous partnership with Sweeney Todd, explores the brutal choices and disappointments of a life in poverty that lead her to turn into a pie-maker.

Why we recommend: Offers a chilling new insight into the infamous musical, with historical brutality all tied into one meat-pie package.
