Secondary Schools

The event was a fantastic chance for students to experience not only a professional space, but also workshops led by those working in the industry: they were free to interpret, play and achieve and this was evidently something they really enjoyed! I cannot wait to take students along to other events moving forward.”

Our backstage tours aim to inspire and give insight into the workings of a professional theatre. The adventure begins at the Box Office of Norwich Theatre Royal, where one of Norwich Theatre’s friendly team will greet you. As you explore rarely seen areas such as the Stage Door, the Green Room, the Wardrobe, and the Scene Dock, our team will share the day to day running of a receiving theatre and the journey of a production from arrival to the final curtain.
