What is it?
These relaxed and supportive ballet classes are open to everyone over 50 regardless of experience and ability, all you need is enthusiasm and curiosity for the joyful world of dance. This is a perfect way to get your bodies moving and to connect with others.

What will I get from taking part?
You will progressively link steps together in short sequences and add extra detail and style to enhance the quality and feeling of dancing.

Who will be leading the project?
Sessions will be led by highly experienced ballet practitioner Oleksandra Zinovieva.

Do I need any particular skills or experience to take part?
Whether you’re completely new to ballet or have some previous experience, our professional ballet practitioner will help you develop your confidence, strength, balance, and technique.

Activities are dependent on minimum numbers participating, in the event that we need to cancel due to low participant numbers, a full refund will be given. We are unable to offer refunds in other circumstances.

We work hard to ensure best practise and the safety of all who attend our activities. To do this we have a number of policies and procedures in place to support our participants and visitors.
