Family Festival
04 Aug 10:00
Come on in! We’re throwing open our doors (and our whole building!) for a free Family Festival bursting with fun, creativity and plenty of ways to get involved.
Get ready to sing your heart out at Norwich Theatre with our mass musicals singalong! We’ll be working with local choirs who will lead the way for YOU to come and join in. With a conductor to guide you, come and join in for this community singalong, it’s your time to shine.
The songs we’ll sing on the day will be released to the public in the lead up to the event so you can warm your vocal cords and practice the lyrics at home, or even as a group. Singing along will be very low pressure, let’s fill Norwich with musical theatre tunes.
Alongside the musical entertainment, step inside and discover a day packed with free creative workshops and fun, interactive experiences. Drop in for crafts, make your own puppets, or book onto one of our lively drama and storytelling sessions. We’re partnering with the Reprezent Project and their collective of artists to decorate a theatre set and we want the community to get involved. Inspired by this year’s panto, The All New Adventures of Peter Pan, help us explore what theatre really means to you.
Bring the whole family, pop in on your lunch break, grab a friend, and create or sing along with a crowd of all ages here at Norwich Theatre.
