What is it?
A family friendly sing-along celebrating voices from across the generations! A chance for families of all shapes and sizes to come together and joyfully experience singing.

What will I get from taking part?
This session will include vocal warm up games, a good stretch to get you in the zone to sing together as a family and maybe even create your own family song!

Who is leading the project?
Classical and Musical Theatre singer and Choral Director Zaira Palumbo will lead you through this fun workshop celebrating your families’ voices.

Do I need experience to take part?
No experience necessary.

Every family is welcome at Norwich Theatre. We have accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities in all of our spaces, are breastfeeding friendly, and have a designated buggy park for workshops. The Family Festival is for all generations to connect creatively, surprise and inspire each other, and have fun, whether seeing a show, attending a workshop, or dropping by for a free activity.

We have a café with snacks and hot drinks available, and you are welcome to bring your own lunch. If you wish to discuss your visit ahead of time, please get in touch with

£3 per child, adults are free. Children must be accompanied by an adult

Activities are dependent on minimum numbers participating, in the event that we need to cancel due to low participant numbers, a full refund will be given. We are unable to offer refunds in other circumstances.

We work hard to ensure best practise and the safety of all who attend our activities. To do this we have a number of policies and procedures in place to support our participants and visitors.
